GENERAL OVERVIEW:
Nexxess Business Advisors is currently seeking 3 motivated, enthusiastic, and results-oriented individuals to join our Trust Sales Team.
As a Remote Account Executive, the focus of this position is generating revenue by marketing and selling Specialized Trusts and other advanced financial strategies to high-networth business owners, entrepreneurs, and investors in the California market.
In addition to building your industry expertise, we offer flexible schedules, training, and a competitive compensation plan with no ceiling on income.
This is a full-time 100% commission-based 1099 position.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Strong business development skills as well as an overall understanding of banking, investments, corporate structuring, taxes, and financial services
- Solid knowledge of business financials, tax strategies, and CRM management
- Proficient in business negotiation and developing solutions, strong networking skills, and participation in high networth events throughout the area
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build peer and/or team cohesiveness
- Reliable and trustworthy with a high regard for confidentiality
- Self-directed and motivated to accomplish tasks, meet objectives, and committed timelines
- Proficient in grammar, written communications, proofreading, and editing
- Attentive to detail and highly organized
- Find fulfillment in supporting and helping others
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid Driver’s License
- Must be able to work in the U.
S.
- Excellent time-management skills and the ability to stay organized!
- Must have access to a dedicated business phone line, computer/laptop, and internet access
- Three to five years in a sales position and/or similar role preferred
- Must be comfortable being paid as a 1099 Independent Contractor
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point), Canva, and scheduling software such as Calendly
- Familiar with LinkedIn, Instagram, Google Workspace, and teleconference software such as Zoom, Google Meets, Microsoft Teams, etc.
- Must be personable, energetic, and self-motivated -- a good sense of humor goes a long way too!
- New business development through cold-calling, online social media marketing, in-person prospecting, networking, etc.
- Build strong relationships and schedule consistent meetings with high networth business owners, business brokers, investors, and family offices
- Detailed knowledge of corporate business structuring, insurance policies, tax strategies, real estate investing, capital raises, and business brokering
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team - available to work approximately 40 hours per week
- Ability to follow and implement processes and procedures for legal compliance
- Maintain company CRM and other online data systems as required
- Submit Weekly Sales Tracker report to Training Supervisor
- Attend weekly Team meetings, 1:1’s, and other company sponsored Events
- Up to 25% travel required
