Sales Representative in DTLA Fashion District (Los angeles)

We are a fast-growing wholesale swimwear company in the fashion district seeking a full time Sales Representative to join our team! We are seeking a fast learner to answer calls and emails to resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.
Very friendly working environment, job is easy and flexible.
Work Hour: 9:30am - 5:30pm Pay: $18/hr after 3 months of paid probation.
(confirmation of probation is flexible based on personal ability) Sales Rep Responsibilities: -Organize display/inventory products daily -Track stocks -update trackings -Answering phone calls -Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers in store/ online -Prospect and contact potential customers -Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline -Resolve customer inquiries and complaints -Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments -Create sales material to present to customers - help move boxes, pack orders sometimes.
- keep showroom neat all the time - knowledge on how to run social media pages is a plus Qualifications: -Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields -Excellent communications skills -Positive attitude -Strong Work ethic -Strong negotiation skills -Deadline and detail-oriented -Bilingual in English (necessary) and Spanish (necessary), need to be good in both typing and speaking
