We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Business Office Clerk.
This role requires previous automotive dealership experience and exceptional attention to detail.
Responsibilities
Dealership AP/AR - Processing of cash receipts & vendor invoice, Collection of dealership AR balances, Refunds: 8300, Warranty Cancellations, Regional check runs.
The Business Office Clerk will perform clerical and administrative support tasks for our business office.
Wholesale Sales & Used Car Purchases - Recording of vehicle sales, Request & process lien payoffs.
General Accounting - Posting Deals, Submitting Service & Warranty Contracts.
Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of prior Automotive Dealership experience – Required!
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and time management skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to handle large volumes of paperwork efficiently.
Proficient in using dealership managements systems and billing software (CDK).
Compensation
The estimated hourly range for this position is $20.
00 - $22.
