I am a business owner and artist based in LA looking for a part-time personal assistant to help me across social media management, appointment scheduling, and general coordination of various tasks.
LOCATION & HOURS:
- Remote (but based in LA area)
- Initially ~25 hours per month (~$20/hr) with possibility to increase over time.
RESPONSIBILITIES (includes but not limited to):
- Assisting in social media marketing (Instagram, TikTok, etc.
)
- Researching and shortlisting various services/vendors
- Booking flights and travel
- Scheduling appointments and events (i.
e.
a photoshoot which involves hiring photographer, booking venue, etc.
)
- Special project related tasks as needed
REQUIREMENTS:
- Very well organized and attentive to details
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly responsive
- High willingness to learn
- Tech-savvy
- Fluent in English
