Business hours are 8a-5p, office staff hours range from 7:30a-5:30+ if needed.
-CCCone is the main database used for estimatics and production management.
-Parts ordered by phone, OPSTrax, CollisionLink, CCC, etc.
-Knowledge of MOTORguide.
-Knowledge of materials used in repairs, quality of repairs.
-Ability to research and use OEM repair procedures to achieve maximum sales along with quality repairs.
-Ability to order and manage own parts.
-Excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills.
-Required to schedule and manage own sublet vendors.
-Exceptional in customer service.
-Keep track of all files from start to finish.
-Quality control own vehicles to perfection.
-Constant updates to customers about repair status, timelines, issues, etc.
-Strong communication skills with insurance companies, vendors, dealers, etc.
-Ability to fight for proper repairs, not to easily settle for "we don't pay for this".
-Work under pressure.
-Will need a smart phone to access CCC mobile app during business hours.
