com) in Los Angeles is looking for a litigator with five to ten years of experience working in an "Am Law 100" firm environment to join our legal team.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for the law and a drive to excel in the field of legal practice.

The candidate should have experience in all aspects of litigation, including factual investigation, legal research, discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial.
We want someone eager to master specialized areas of law and eventually try significant cases.

\*\*Responsibilities\*\*
- Conduct legal research using tools such as Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and contracts
- Assist in negotiating settlements on behalf of clients
- Represent clients in court proceedings and hearings
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases
- Provide legal administrative support as needed
\*\*Requirements\*\*
- Juris Doctor (J.
D.
) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the state bar association where practicing
- Strong research and writing skills
- Experience in legal drafting and litigation
- Proficiency in utilizing legal research databases such as Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis
