ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT for CPA Firm
Small CPA Firm seeks an organized person with positive communication skills for administrative support for accounting firm’s clients, files, setting up meetings telephone calls, and assist the principle CPA.
Good opportunity for detail-oriented person experienced or interested in working in a client-based service business or CPA firm.
This position has opportunity to gain accounting skills and work with tax and accounting clients.
Duties Include:
_ Filing client documents; organizing and data base managing and labeling files
_ Updating the digital filing system and newsletter database.
_Scheduling appointments by telephone and email.
Serving Client requests for documents
_Assist CPA with incoming documents, mail and emails, scanning tax documents
_ Data Input into Excel and update tracking lists and client data.
_ Light bookkeeping recording payments and expenses.
Requirements:
Some college at a minimum; Good communication skills; cheerful personality.
_Computer basic skills: Outlook Email, Excel, Word,
_Data management and Organization
_Excellent writing skills and communication skills
_Close commute to West Side of Los Angeles
Start Date: Immediately
Part Time 30 hours week Schedule to be determined M through Th.

Compensation Hourly starting @ $26/hour.
