*Job Title: Program Coordinator*
*Location: Culver City, CA - 3 days a week, minimum.
4 would be ideal*
*Duration: 6 months - FTE is possible*
The Coordinator carries out assigned activities in support of the department.
Provides office services by implementing administrative systems, procedures, and policies; monitoring administrative projects; maintaining suggestion program.
Arranges meetings and logistics.
Proficient in all MS Office Suite Products.
We need someone who can keep pace with a fast-moving, ambitious team, someone who’s as comfortable managing day-to-day administrative tasks as they are contributing to high-level projects and engaging with stakeholders globally.
Responsibilities (includes but may not be limited to):
1.
Administrative (50%)
▪ Schedule meetings, and conference rooms and manage calendars.
▪ Onboarding – employees and consultants
▪ Travel arrangements
▪ Expense reports
▪ Request and manage security clearance
▪ Coordinate team events and/or training
▪ Order office supplies
2.
Special Projects & Programs (50%)
▪ Assist projects and key outcomes
▪ Support program key deliverables
▪ Maintain SharePoint sites and other department applications.
▪ Assist with spreadsheets, presentations, documentation, reporting and/or research
▪ Assist with budgets and invoices where applicable
▪ Administrative coordination across projects Required Qualifications:
▪ Bachelor’s Degree
▪ Prior experience as an administrative assistant or coordinator
▪ Interested in assisting in efficient departmental administration
▪ At ease in a fast-paced, high energy, ever-changing work environment with shifting priorities
▪ Strong communication skills – written and verbal
Job Type: Contract
Salary: $30.
