Ability to perform review and define invoices for any complex or questionable invoices and able to resolve issues effectively
Ability to perform precise and accurate invoice processing and distribution of payments.
Ability to post transaction to general ledger entries and reconcile transactions
Ability to perform research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues
Ability to be organize and maintain accurate records and documents
Able to prioritize work duties and tasks and ability to meet deadlines
Job Qualifications/Requirements
Minimum Education Level: minimum of 2 years of Associate degree
Minimum Job Experience: minimum of 2 years of entry level position
Language requirements: Korean & English
Computer/software skills: Basic
Required: Ability to communicate effectively written and verbal, able to prioritize tasks and possess great organization skills and attention to detail.
Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries.
Preferred: Excellent analytical skills including the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions.
The salary range for this full-time position is $21 Hourly - $23 Hourly + bonus + benefits
Salary ranges are determined based on qualifications, level, and location.
