*Exodus Recovery Inc*, who operates inpatient and outpatient services is currently looking for a *Financial Analyst.

*Job Summary*
The Financial Analyst will be responsible for various aspects of the organization’s financial reporting.
Reporting to the SVP Finance, the Financial Analyst will:
* Prepare, review and distribute monthly financial reports to management.
* Track revenues and expenses vs.
budget.
* Assist in the budget process and maintain budget and forecast information in the accounting system.
* Evaluate profit and cost efficiencies in various areas of the organization as needed.
* Assist the Accounting Department personnel as needed.
*Requirements:*
* Bachelors in Accounting, finance or economics or equivalent work experience.
MBA preferred.
* 3- 5 years of business finance of relevant experience.
* Previous experience as Financial Analyst in a healthcare setting *required*.
* Understanding of accounting principles and practices.
* Ability to create standard SQL queries and build reports and/or dashboards using reporting tools equivalent to Power BI or tableau is highly desirable.
* Intermediate knowledge of budget development/management, cost projections and reporting requirements.
* Experience with QuickBooks and EMR systems preferred
* Advanced personal computer skills including preparation of complex Excel spreadsheets and preparation of presentations to a sophisticated audience *Required*
* Knowledge of billing/ revenue cycle preferred
* Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to exercise sound judgment, discretion, personal initiative, confidentiality and professionalism.
* Ability to work independently, shows mature judgment, prioritize and organize multiple projects.
Commensurate with experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.
00 - $78,000.
